Important Announcement Regarding COVID-19

Dear Business Owners:

As concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) escalate, we felt it was important to reach out and let you know we’re doing everything we can to maintain a high level of support for tenants during this unprecedented time.

Corporately, we are following the guidance of health and government authorities, taking extra precautions as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting our offices and community spaces within our plazas. Some corporate staff members are working remotely. We are recommending all of our merchants take the same precautions, especially as it relates to enhanced cleaning and disinfecting, to stop the spread of this virus and keep yourself and residents within our community safe.

We also ask that you follow the guidance of health and government authorities when determining whether or not to stay open, or offer reduced hours/services. Our plaza websites include links to tenant websites and social media accounts. Please make sure your sites list your current hours/status so customers can stay informed. Many insurance carriers offer interruption coverage, and we encourage tenants to contact their agents for possible reimbursement opportunities.

Baldwin will continue to monitor the rapidly changing business environment and comply with recommendations from national and local government as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).
